Compaq Visual Fortran 6.3 and Visual C++.NET

Compaq VF uses the Microsoft Developer's Studio 6.0. Does the Visual C++.NET environment conflict with this?

Conflict? No - they coexist quite peacefully. I have both installed on my systems.
