Compiler Error Source Reduction (CESR) Utilities

I think I saw a reference to "Compiler Error Source Reduction Utilities" on the Intel web site some time ago, but doing a search now only returns deleted messages. What is the status of this set of tools. It sounds like they could be useful.

You can download it from the Intel Registration Center Product Downloads. Use the version dropdown for the Fortran compiler and you'll find CESR as an option. You'll need Python installed to use it.
