Compiling Fortran... df: error: Invalid switch '/'

That's what I get when trying to compile my project:
Compiling Fortran...
df: error: Invalid switch '/'
Error executing df.exe.
When I switch from "Win 32 Debug" to "Win 32 Release" configuration the project compiles OK, but the normal debugging is not accessable in this mode.
What could be the origin of this error?
