Console Application Runtime Libraries

In my Console applications and static libraries VS2005 does not seem to give me an option for single threaded runtime libraries (ie ifcore.lib). The only options under Configuration Properties/Fortran/Libraries are multithreaded or graphics libraries. Am I missing some other configuration switch that is removing the single-thread options?
