Creating surface plot in Excel

I am trying to open excel and put the data and create a surface plot. I started with the AutoDice to understand how we can open an excel file. AutoDice provide an example for barchart. Can anyone help me how to chenge the setting to create a surface plot.

I appreciate any helps.

Point to the chart and then use the tool bar along the top to change the graph type.
