DLGMODELESS /IFLOGM

The constants SW_SHOW, SW_SHOWNORMAL.... etc used for the nCmdShow flags are not included in IFLOGM module. The  help topic for DLGMODELESS needs to identify that you need to USE USER32 (or IFWIN) or preferably these should be pulled into the IFLOGM definition.

The LBOUND help topic example shows  UBOUND....
