Hi all
I try to install l_fcompxe_intel64_2011.6.233.tgz on fedora 14 but I have faced with this error :

The release notes for the 12.1 compiler state the following prerequisite:

One of the following Linux distributions (this is the list of distributions tested by Intel;
other distributions may or may not work and are not recommended

o Fedora* 15

You may do one of the following

o Update to Fedora 15 or later before installing Intel Fortran

o Install an older version of Intel Fortran compatible with Fedora 14

o Ignore the installer's complaint, go through with the installation, and see whether the compiler works to the extent that it meets your needs, at least.

just choose Option 1 (default), ignore it and move on. FC14 will work fine, the installer is not perfect.
