I built my usual application DLL using IVF this time rather than CVF.
One of the people trying to use it says there are several DLLs that it seems to need but he can't locate on his system. CVF used to have a "portable distribution set" -- does IVF? I looked around a bit on the web site and forum messages but couldn't locate anything.

Creating such a package is on our list of things to do, but it hasn't been done yet. I would very much appreciate it if you would file a request at Intel Premier Support for this, as it would likely raise the priority.
You will have to manually copy the DLLs from your system.

Thanks, Steve. He had two he thought were not on his system. I could only locate one and that was in the .net framework. So, I'ma bit confused as to what he is seeing. I will try to duplicate it on one of my systems that does not have framework, etc installed and see if I can see more.
I will submit something to support as well.

Shouldn't need any "framework" files.

I have already submitted just such a request with Premier Support. It's issue 238643, submitted 02-Apr-2004. Its issue status is Reproduced (Escalated).

The more users who request it, the more likely it is to get done.

I finally got around to posting an issue.
They inform me the issue is resolved and pointed me to text file "fredist.txt" which is in the Docs folder under compiler80 under Fortran under Intel in the default install for the compiler.
Not sure if that really answers my question, but that's what I got from posting the issue.

I received a similar response. This works for me, and I appreciated the prompt reply from Premier Support.
Note that the answer for 64 bits is a little different than the answer for IA-32. (And I am very much looking forward to seeing ArrayViewer and Avis working for 64 bits in IVF 9.)
