Does oneAPI HPC "function" with no GPU?

 

I appreciate that is will/may be slower but can it install and run?

Yes.  it's our Fortran compiler.  It can support Intel GPUs but if you don't have one it's the same Fortran compiler you know and love.

just new extra capabilies if you want it.
