Hello,
I evidently have an alter ego to Intel. On this forum, I am Groundsel; on PremierSupport, my actual name is the handle. I know that the system has not identified the two because for a while I was a green-horn on one and a nobody on the other. (Now, they are consistent in that vein.)
I am sorry to have to ask about anything so trite - but it probably is a good idea that the system knows the connection. How should I go about setting it?

In the forum, "groundsel" is your "Display Name" - this is settable by clicking on "Edit Profile" under your picture to the right. Feel free to change it to whatever you like (within reason!)
As long as the email address ISN has matches the one in Premier Support, there will be a connection. I'm not entirely sure how much of a connection today, but in the future we should be able to tie the two closer together.
