Dear colleagues,
I'm using Intel Fortran compiler, VS 2008. Output language of error and warning lists are some unidentifiable characters.
Any help how to change it into English?

What language is your Windows system set to use? Normally it would use English if it wasn't a Japanese system - those are the only two languages we offer. You might find https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/changing-language-setting-to-see-english-on-a-japanese-os-environment-or-vice-versa-on-windows to have some useful ideas.

Steve,
your comment fixed the problem. I was using a Japanese system.
In window 7 ultimate, for those who have the same problem follow as:
Control panel/ Region and language/ administrative/ change system locale/ current system locate/
then change it into English solves the problem.
Thanks Steve for your help.
