Extremely slow debugging session

Hi, I'm experiencing this terrible problem: when I try to debug a Console application in Intel Fortran I must wait 60 sec to start the debug session. This problem exists only on 1 pc while the same project copied on another pc works regular in debug mode. I can't find what could be the problem, I read that some other programmers has the same problem but I can't find the solution. Please, some one can tell me if he has experienced this problem too and solved it?

thanks,

Does the PATH environment variable contain any paths that are network shares? Does temporarily disabling your antivirus software change the behavior?

One thing that can bring VS to its knees is having a large number of breakpoints. I have an application that could take over 5 minutes to load when I had a lot of breakpoints. I deleted them all and it loaded in about 10-12 seconds.
