FPE problems CVF6.6

Currently some floating point errors (divide by zero for instance) result in the program terminating with no error status (using fpe:0). I created an exit handler to get the exit status I want, but now I don't get traceback information. There are examples that came with 6.5 that might help but I don't have them. Where can I find the below examples? I don't have the CD since I upgraded through a download.

ClearFP, Cslexp2, Cslexp4, GetEptrs, Vbvf1, and Winexcp1
