I tend to use the Fortran Preprocessor quite a lot.
When coding in C++ in the Tools | Options | Text Editor | C/C++ | Formatting there is a check box to colorize inactive code blocks in a different color (usually grey/less intense)
In IVF (at least 11.0.066) integration with VS under Tools | Options | Text Editor | Fortran there is no sub-property page titled Formatting an thus no check box to highlight inactive code blocks.
Can you add this feature (if not added already)
