I have to admit that I never quite saw the point of Twitter in the sense of "what am I doing now?" (typing this post and drinking coffee), but it seems a popular way of disseminating little bits of useful information. For a while, now, I had been thinking of a regularly updated "Fortran Tips" thread or something like that, but decided to give it a go on Twitter.

This is an experiment - I'll be interested to see how it goes. Feel free to offer suggestions for topics, themes, or to let me know you think this is stupid.
