Hi,
I have three questions as follow:
1- Does Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2016 Fortran Compiler support the Fortran 95 or 2003 Languages?
2- Suggest me a validated IDE for Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2016 Fortran Compiler?
3- Now, I have 3 license of Visual Studio 2013, can I use it as a IDE for Intel® Parallel Studio XE 2016 Fortran Compiler?

1. Yes. Intel Fortran 16.0, in Intel Parallel Studio XE 2016, fully supports Fortran 2003, Fortran 95, Fortran 90, Fortran 77 and FORTRAN IV (FORTRAN 66).
2. Microsoft Visual Studio 2015, 2013 or 2012. Commercial and Academic licenses include a Fortran IDE based on Visual Studio 2013.
3 Yes. Just make sure that your Visual Studio installation includes C++ language support. (For VS2013, it does by default, but for VS2015 you have to select it as a customized component.)
