Hello;
I am a long time but unsophisticated Fortran user currently using Compaq Visual Fortran v6.6.B and have just discovered GWEB and CURL, which prompts this question.
Can the Fortran OPEN statement be equivalenced in some way through a local script or? so that public web-based data URL (usually ascii in my case) may be directly accessed by the Fortran routine??
Thank you,
Herb Sauer
