Fortran compiler product support channel

What's the appropriate pathway to get support for the compiler through an account with active support? For the last few years, I have been using supporttickets.intel.com.  Has this changed recently?

I came across what I consider a bug in the compiler the other day and lodged a ticket through that support tickets site, but I've now been pointedly bounced to something called the resource and design centre, which doesn't feel like the right place.

I have been using https://supporttickets.intel.com/servicecenter?lang=en-US (or https://supporttickets.intel.com/?lang=en-US)  I suspect your ticket was taken up by someone new to the job.
