I have AMD processor, can Irun Intel visual Fortran Compiler for windows?

Yes - this is stated explicitly in our system requirements. The AMD processor must support the Intel SSE2 instructions, which means that some of the oldest Athlon processors won't work, but anything from the last 5-7 years should be fine.

For newer AMD processors which support SSE3, there is the option /arch:SSE3.
