Has anybody else had problems installing XE2019U3?

I can't install Parallel Studio XE2019U3 on my PC.  I wonder whether anybody else has the same issue?

Installation exits at the "Preparing environment..." stage; I'm trying to install Fortran, MKL, and VS2017 integration only.

OS: Windows 10 1809 Enterprise x64. VS2017 updates and XE2019U2 seem to install OK.

I have reported this to Intel Support (#04110009).

Follow up: I now have XE2019U3 installed; I had to uninstall older versions of XE2019 first.  Probably just general cruft!
