David,
This sounds like a job for a consulting firm-it could take a lot of work. I'm sure that many are listed in the Houston Yellow Pages. Although many of the participants in this forum are probably consultants and some may even be in Houston, the questions they answer here are usually short, but often complex ones. The answers are supplied gratis with the hope that they benefit the IVF/CVF community at large. The kind of help that you are asking for is the sort of thing consultants do to put food on the table :)
I suggest that you purchase a Fortran compiler for Windows and just try to compile it. If it is written for DOS, it is likely F77 code and relevant compilier options may be need to be set accordingly. That's the type of thing for which you can get help in this Forum. And please don't think that I, or anyone else is, "blowing you off". I am just sincerely offering the best advice I can come up with. Don't hesitate to e-mail me. Your message sounds like youmay beat square zero and are not even sure of the right questions to ask:)
Regards,
Keith
