Help license change computer

Please the customer has Intel Fortran Professional for Windows license (e-mail) installed on machine A.
Is it possible to change this license to another machine ( B) ?

If the customer has a single-user license, not a floating license, they can install it on another system without doing anything other than copying their license file (from the e-mail) to the second system.
