Help!!!!!!!!!

I'm not computer savy, When trying to download an upgradw to my graphics card I recieved two error messages: 1) I did not give permission to download & 20 My browser settings do not allow plug-ins Change your settings...Please advise! :)

Please go back to the web page where you found the driver and look for support options there. For example, the Intel pages have a "Support Information" link in the left column. Or, try http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/index.htm
