How can I obtain Intel oneAPI 2023.2 (Base Toolkit and HPC Toolkit) installers?

Hello,
I’m trying to install Intel oneAPI version 2023.2 and specifically need both the Base Toolkit 2023.2 and the HPC Toolkit 2023.2.

Could someone please confirm the correct way to obtain the 2023.2 installers (Windows ), including whether there is an official archive or direct download location for the offline installers?

Any guidance on the exact package names or links for 2023.2.0 would be greatly appreciated.
