How do I install and use the Intel Fortran Module Wizard?

For some reason Intel Fortran Module Wizard did not get installed automatically when I installed MS Visual Studio .NET version 2003 and IVF 10.1.3. How do I install it so that I can access it from MS VS 2003 (Tools, Intel Fortran Module Wizard, ...)? What is the name of the executable file?

I suppose thehelp documentation on Intel Fortran Module Wizard is the answer for how to use it but if someone knows an easier tutorial I would appreciate it.

It should be installed automatically. The executable is modwiz.exe.

Please install the latest version (10.1.019) and see if that resolves the problem.
