How to get/create PDF of Intel Fortran Compiler 11.1 User and Reference Guides

Are these available in PDF form. Online I only find them in HTML while the Mac compiler does have PDFs of all the user guides. Thanks. I want to create a printed version, and trying to get decent printed copy from within Visual Studio has been a waste of time because each sub-sub-...sub-topic has to be printed one at a time.

Thanks, Neill

You can open the corresponding chm file and print it into pdf. If you right click the root of the tab Contents and select Print, you will be offered to print the selected node and all subnodes. To print into pdf, I use freeware called PDFill which is then listed as a "printer". It took quite some time (almost an hour) to do this for the compiler documentation, it resulted in a pdf with 2055 pages. :-)
