Originally I have installed the Visual Studio 2003 in which the Fortran Compiler 10.1 was integrated. Now the IT installed a newer version of Visual Studio (2005), but the Fortran Compiler projects cannot be opened, or created. How can I integrate the Fortran Compiler into the newly installed Visual Studio 2005 without reinstalling it?

You will need to reinstall (you can do a custom install which just installs the Integrated Development environment or a whole install). This is the only way to get the IDE in VS 2005.
