How to update Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017

I want to update Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 Composer Edition for Fortran & C ++ Linux installed on RHEL7.3 and 7.9 from 2017 Update4 to 2019 Update4.
Therefore, could you please tell me how to update?

You simply download the version you want and install it. The current version is 2021.2, part of the free Intel oneAPI HPC Toolkit.
