Did you try to install Intel Visual Fortran? You have to actually run the install to integrate into Microsoft Visual Studio*. The instructions on how to install are in the Installation section (2) of the release notes.

During installation you can browse to the license file on your system.

If you did install, did you get any errors?

If you did install, it sounds like the compiler did not integrate sucessfully into Microsoft Visual Studio. You should check to make sure you have supported version of Microsoft Visual Studio. For instance the Express Edition does not support integration by our compiler, see the article below on required software and troubleshooting integration issues. Please let me know what version of Microsoft Visual Sutdio you have and what the results are of stepping through the troubleshooting article.

Here is an article on troubleshooting integration issues.

And one on required software.
