IMSL Fortran Library Thread Safe Edition

Is there an upgrade (preferaly free, :-))to the new 100% thread safe edition of the IMSL that's part of IVF Pro?

VNI doesn't yet have a thread-safe version of IMSL for use with IVF. They are working on it. VNI has expressed interest in making such available once it is done, but I don't know on what basis that would be.
