IMSL Library Problem

Hi,
I am using Visual Fortran Intel Composer XP 2011 with VS 2010.
I want to use IMSL Numerical Library V 7.0.
After downloading and installing the Library, I have a problem with the imsl_license.lic file in lmtools. When I want to reread the license file it shows this message "Reread Server Failed".
Is there any algorithm for installing IMSL in VS2010?

You will have to contact Rogue Wave for all issues regarding IMSL when not bought from Intel.
