Does anyone know where I can get a hold of the IMSL library. This should be easily compatable with IFC.

Visual Numerics. They don't seem to have one specifically for Intel Fortran however - contact VNI to ask what's available. Perhaps you can use a generic gcc or g77-compatible library.
