Hello,
I have purchased IVF Pro 9.0 in 2005 and I have two questions:
1. Up to what newer version of IVF Pro can I usemy serial number?
2. What is the pricing policy for upgrades beyond the version relevant to my 1st question?
Thank you,
Yair

You can extend support, including any new versions, for additional years at a reduced price. The support renewal price for IVF Pro is USD $649. Pricing may vary by country and reseller. For a complete (USD) list of product and support renewal pricing, see here.

Thank you for your prompt response.
I found that my support period ended July 26, 2006.
Now the IVF Pro had version 28 issued on July 27 and the previous IVF Prois version 24 issued on May 10. Is it possible to have a one day grace period for version 28?
If not, what is the latest IVF version I can still install? Can I Install the Pro version 24 and on top of it the standard version 25 issued on May 25?
Thank you,
Yair

Please uninstall the 9.0 Visual Studio integration before installing 9.1. You can also uninstall the other components but that is optional (they will be left on the system and usable otherwise.) Read the Installation Guide for further details.

Well, I have just tried to install 9.1.028 and after inserting the serial number and clicking 'next' I got the following message in red:
"The Intel Software Setup Assistant could not confirm your serial number..."
Can you please help?

Try this. Go back to the Intel Registration Center and have it resend your license. The license file should contain a support date code of the form 2006.mmdd (for example, 2006.0726). Save the license to a text file and specify it as the path to the license file when you install.
If it does not work, tell me the date code from your license (do not just post the license.)
