Intel Fortran 2020 not working with visual studio

One of the user is facing issue in Fortran installation and working. The user is not able to use fortran with abaqus and visual studio and getting error as attached below.

We reinstalled and repaired it multiple times. The variables are also set as attached below.

Can you please help us resolve the issue with Fortran.

Is visual studio 2017 installed? That is the error message but you do not show that, only compiler install components.

Yes, visual studio 2017 is installed.

Can you open the Visual Studio 2017 application.  Then got to Help and About, then screen capture the output windows showing the installed components and their versions.
