Intel Fortran 8.0

We arecurrently using the following development package for multilangual system NovaPoint:
Microsoft Development Environment 2002 Version 7.0.9466
Microsoft Visual C# .NET 55537-640-5424893-18010
Microsoft Visual C++ .NET 55537-640-5424893-18010
Intel Fortran Project Package 7.1
Will there be any problems switching fortran libs/dlls to version 8.0 without changing the Microsoft tools

You won't have to change the Microsoft tools, but will have to uninstall 7.1, or at least the VS.NET integration part (do this by Add/Remove Programs, Modify) before installing 8.0.
