Intel Fortran compiler for ANSYS 2021 R1

Hello learned people,

Where shall I download the Intel Fortran compiler (Visual FORTRAN 2019.3.203 compilers) classic for the ANSYS version 2021 R1?  In the HPC toolkit, only Fortran compiler of version 2021 is available.  Another important point is that, I am using Windows 8.1.

Unless you have a support license, old versions are not available. There's no good reason I know of not to use the 2021 compiler with ANSYS. At most you may have to edit a script to tell it the new location of the compiler.
