Intel OneAPI Installer does not see my VS 2022

Trying to install fortran compiler, and it will not see my visual studios. When I installed the "Basic" toolkit, it did recognize my VS 2022.

Does your Visual Studio installation include the C/C++ build tools?

Intel Fortran requires the C/C++ Linker and runtime system libraries.

Yes sir, I just downloaded the C/C++ build tools and fortran compiler installer was able to recognize my VS 2022
