When the product was purchased, it was one product (though two downloads).  That was bought many years ago, however, or some reseller was holding onto it way past when they should. Intel no longer makes IMSL available for installation, even for old licenses - it must be purchased separately from Rogue Wave.

Intel stopped selling IMSL many years ago, and the version 7.0.1 that you have is likely to run into difficulties working with the latest Intel Fortran compiler. Versions of Intel Fortran older than 2017 are no longer available for download from Intel.

A recent thread addressed a similar situation, and you may find it useful to read the posts in it.

Your customer needs 2 licenses:

1 license:  Intel Fortran from Intel

1 license: Rogue Wave IMSL

2 licenses, 2 companies.  They are not the same.  They are different, 2 licenses, 2 companies.

Your customer downloads and installs Intel Fortran from Intel with Intel license.

Your customer downloads and installs Rogue Wave IMSL from Rogue Wave with Rogue Wave license.

2 companies, 2 licenses, 2 downloads, 2 installs.  they are not 1.  They are 2.
