I've 'lost' my password, requested a new one, logged in, changed the new password by lobbing off the last character of the Intel-issued one only to be told that I've entered the wrong ID/Password. I've done this several times with the same outcome. What do I do now? I'm trying to download IVF 10 in compliance with my active subscription. I haven't really 'lost' my password which is stored with dozens of others by a password manager, I guess it has expired. Intel is the only password that expires on me, a great annoyance and unnesessary imposition.

Assuming I succeed:

1. I want to install IVF 10 on a new mobile which has Vista/VS 2005 installed. Where do I put my Intel License which resides on a Win2K/IVF 9.x/VS 2003mobile?

2. Is it legit to maintain IVF 9.x on the Win2K/VS 2003 mobile?

Thanks

Gerry T.

Gerry,

Submit a help request here regarding your Intel Registration Center account and you'll be taken care of.

If you have a single-user license, when you install the compiler on the new mobile, select the option for "I have a license file" (or something like that) and browse to its location, wherever you have it. Or you can copy the license file to Program FilesCommon FilesIntelLicenses

Yes, you can run any earlier version on computers used primarily by you.
