Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2015 reinstallation

I had Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 Composer Edition installed on my old system, which is no longer in use. I am currently trying to transfer and activate the application on a new system, but I am encountering activation issues.

Kindly assist me with the proper steps to transfer the license and complete the activation successfully on the new machine.

I suggest downloading the latest compiler, It is free , no licence is needed. You will not get any support for the 10+ year old system.
