I got this error "package checksum verification failed" when trying to install "Intel(R) Parallel Studio XE 2019 Composer Edition for Fortran Windows" on the Windows 10 machines. I think I need the up-to-date certificate. Please help. Thank you,

Instead of trying to install an outdate version of the compiler, consider to install the Intel oneAPI Fortran compiler, which is now free for everyone. See here for some guidelines: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Fortran-Compiler/The-Easy-and-Fast-Way-to-Install-JUST-Fortran-with-Intel-oneAPI/td-p/1360571

that message means your package is damaged, not downloaded correctly.

Get back online in Intel Registration Center.  For your file/package look at the size and checksums.  Then confirm the checksum.  here is an example

Size
827 MB
MD5. f6320717f568d8cd5a89c039070d134b
SHA1 c8e08078658a3c0eb03de0f94f2d0be6e1c4ac99

not sure how to check the MD5 checksum on Windows but a quick websearch might tell you.
