Intel Updates

The latest Intel updates are out.  Usually they push and test and then announce.  

It complains that I am not using VS 2022 as I only use 2026.

Houston we have a problem.  Fortran Installer said to send these files.   I am, best of luck.

I am getting the same behavior as @JohnNichols with the Windows 2026.1.1 oneAPI update.

The intel.oneapi.win.ocloc.content,v=2026.1.1+17.json file contains:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message></Error>

 which is obviously not JSON.

I have the latest VS2022 and VS2026 installed.

The VS2022 compatibility warning and that AccessDenied response in the installer JSON definitely make this update look troublesome.
