I have a really big problem about using intel fortran compiler within microsoft visual studio 2013. There is no Intel Visual Fortran section in my Visual Studio and I think it is just because the absence of some files in Visual Studio. Under Installed Products I don't see "Intel Visual Fortran" is listed and no version number or "Package ID" displayed. How can i fix it ? (Please assist me I have been trying to solve this issue for a week)

- Look under Installed Products to see if "Intel Visual Fortran" is listed and make a note of the version number or "Package ID" displayed, if any.
My Visual Studio doesn't obey the statement which I've copied above.

I don't quite understand your reply. It's ok if you don't see anything there - that simply means the integration isn't installed. Keep going.
