Intel Visual Fortran 2010 and Compaq VF 6.6

The code in “Compaq Visual Fortran a Guide to Creating Windows Applications” by Norman Lawrence is for Compaq Visual FORTRAN 6.6.  Would the examples in the book work with Intel Fortran 2010?

Do you know any more up to date books on Fortran Windows applications?

Generally, yes, they would work fine, at least when built for 32-bits. That is the only book I know of to focus on Fortran for Windows.
