Intel Visual Fortran 8.0 - fortcom: Internal Error

Hello,
i've tried to compile my project with the new IVF 8.0. Now i get the following message:
fortcom: Fatal: There has been an internal compiler error (C00000FD).
Any help is appreciated.

As Steve wrote several times, an internal error simply means that compiler found an error in itself and you should send your project to Intel Support.
