Issues with fortran complier license and MS Visual Studio

Hello,

I recently changed my laptop. On my old computer, MS Visual studio 2010 and Intel fortran complier Intel(R) Visual Fortran Composer XE 2013 SP1 Update 4 works fine without any issues. I installed both of these softwares on new computer. Visual studio is detecting fortran complier but it is not able to detect license for it. I get below error message:

Error 1 Error A license for FCompW could not be obtained c:\users\.....\Console16.f90 1

Error 2 error #10052: could not checkout FLEXlm license ifort

I tried changing system environment variables, but still no success. Both softwares work fine on old computer.

Any idea what is causing above errors?
