Linking in/implementing "wait" and "fork" with ifc

Greetings,

I am trying to do coarse grain parallel on a dual 2.4Xeon/Supermicro system using the 7.0 compiler, and am new at this. [Getting the code to run with only a single processor on the same system was not exactly straight forward.] This code was written for me for and the paralleling part is very simple. I just need to drag in "wait" and "fork". [This code ran just fine on an MP-SGI unix box.]

Suggestions for compile and link steps are most welcome!
