Message Board Word Wrap

I notice that if I edit a message on this board, the width of the message window adjusts itself to prevent word wrapping.
How can I avoid this?

This happens if you have a "code" element in your message with a long line. Note that viewing the original also stretches the margin. Code boxes don't wrap (nor should they).

What about this message then?
When I first enteredmy reply everyting was OK, but after editing it the window was stretched (or perhaps you don't see it stretched?).

I do see it stretched, and there may be a bug in the way the forum treats a code section on editing. I'll ask.

Hi i seem to have come across this bug on other boards as well. If you use a very high resolution display (eg mine is a 1400*1050) it can cause the very long lines.(though it should not) Walter are you using a 1600*1200 display(perhaps dell) laptop by any chance!!
it is something to do with the line breaks.

No, I am using an ordinary CRT screen with 1024*768 resolution.
