When I am on the thread http://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/showthread.php?t=66130
and press the Next Thread button, I get the Page Not Found error (and can be reproduced).

Ah, I see. The thread it wants to go to is one that got moved to another forum. Yes, that's a bug. I'll report it.
