NARGS

Hello,

How can use I NARGS() under IVF? For some reason it is not included in dflib and also not in ifport (although the documentation says otherwise). Opening ifport.f90 also shows that NARGS is not there.

I tried switching on the use of PortLib, but without result. I suppose I must be doing something wrong, but I have no idea what.

I suppose I should develop a more systematic approach to find a solution if I encounter a problem.
